2. Your personal and medical information will never be provided to third parties without your written permission.
3. Before the start of the initial treatment, you will be asked a number of questions regarding your medical history. In case you are being treated by a therapist or doctor or are taking medication, you must report this to the therapist during this consultation.
4. In case you are already being treated by a doctor, therapist or specialist, we may ask you to discuss with him or her whether The Holistic Lotus treatment may be applied during the treatment period.
5. If there is any doubt about an existing condition or injury, a treatment will be stopped and you will be referred to your doctor. Follow-up treatments are possible as soon as your treating physician agrees.
6. If you have not reported any injuries, treatment from a therapist, doctor or use of medication prior to the treatment or massage given to you, The Holistic Lotus is not responsible for any adverse consequences of the treatment or massage given to you. The responsibility lies strictly with the client.
7. The Holistic Lotus is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.
8. You mobile phone must be switched off during treatments.
9. In case you do not show up for an appointment, the full rate will be charged, unless the appointment has been canceled 24 hours in advance.
10. The Holistic Lotus reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients or potential clients in special cases, without giving reasons.
11. Practice The Holistic Lotus does not provide erotic massage. Queries are not appreciated.
